If you love to cook chicken feet, here is another recipe you may want to try. Chicken feet is known to strengthen our legs . Black beans are good for the heart and good blood circulation. For this recipe, it is best to use the “kampong chicken feet” if available as they are tough and will not be too soft and easily breakable when taken out from the soup .
Ingredients:
15 chicken feet
200 gm black soya beans
2 litres water
1 inch ginger, sliced
Method:
Clean chicken feet. Fry black beans without oil in a nonstick pan until they are popping. Remove from stove. Wash beans under running water and drain.
Combine beans, water, ginger, chicken feet in a pot and add in the water. Bring to boil and simmer for more than 3 hours. Serve hot.
If you like, dish out the chicken feet and dip into light soy sauce. Scrumptious!
