Grilled Spicy Chicken
posted in Chicken Recipes |Here is a taste of spicy chicken for those who like to eat. When you choose a chicken in the market or hypermarket, you can ask the attendant to cut into pieces for grilling. For this recipe, you can replace chicken pieces with wings.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut into serving pieces of 6 cm wide
A
3 dried chilli shoaked to softened
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 cm piece ginger
B
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Maggi Chicken Stock Granules
1 tea spoon Maggi Dark soya sauce
2 tablespoon sugar or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce and tamato slices to garnish
Method:
Mince ingredients A with a mincer until fine. Combine ingredients A and B in a bowl, add chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for half an hour. Arrange chicken on aluminium foil and grill over moderate heat about 15 minute or until chicken is done. Garnish with lettuce or tomato slices.
