This stir-fried dish is quick to cook and is very suitable for lunch or dinner accompany with a dish of green vegetable and a bowl of soup.

Ingredients:

500 gm meduim size fresh prawns,peeled shells and deveined
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon MSG
1 tablespoon black soya sauce
1 teaspoon cornflour mix with a little water
some cucumber and chinese parsley

Method:

Marinate prawns with soya sauce and MSK. Set aside. Heat enough oil to fry prawns till cooke. Set aside.

Remove oil from wok and leave 1 tablespoon oil and saute garlic until fragrant.Add in prawns and stir-fry a minute, follow by the rest of the ingredients except cornflourand cucumber.Add half bowl of water and cook until it boils.

Add cornflour mixture to thicken sauce.Simmer till boil and remove. Garnish with cucumber slices and parley.
