Kids love this and busy mothers can cook in a jiffy. Children like to eat fast food like fried chicken, hot-dogs and burgers. For a change have a try on this dish.
Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
300 gm minced beef
1 large onion finely diced
2 cloves minced garlics
50 gm breadcrumbs
2eggs
Salt and pepper
Sauce
2 tablespoon olive oi
2 large chopped onions
3 clove chopped garlic
5 large chopped tomatoes
1 small can tomato puree
salt and pepper to taste
Pasta
1/2 packet spagetti (250 gm)
Method:
First, place the minced meat, garlic and onions, mixed herbs, breadcrumbs and eggs in a mixing bowl, Add some seasoning and delicately make it into tiny meatballs.
Secondly, place about 150gm oil to heat up in a frying pan. Fry the meat balls till brown.
Meanwhile in a saucepan, heat about 2 tablespoon of oil, then add the garlic and onions to
cook it till tender.
Later, add in the tomato paste and chopped tomatoes, follow by the seasoning and the
meatballs.
Next, in a separate pot bring water to the boil. Addsome salt. Put the spaghetti in, stirring from time to time till cooked.
Drain the water and transfer the pasta into a serving dish adding little olive oil to prevent in sticking together.
Finally, to serve, dish out the spaghetti on individual plates, then lader over with the meatballs and sauce.
