Vegetable Salad for the Health Concious
posted in Vegetable dishes |This simple vegetable salad is specially for my youngest daughter who is always on the go and diet conscious.
Ingredients;
1 cucumber - diced
2 tomatoes - diced
1 sliced of pineapple - diced
1 big onion - diced
1 red chilly - cut to slices
Method;
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and Honey vinegar to taste.
