Cell Phone Reception and Signal Booster

posted in Product/Service Reviews |

We have just moved into our new home and cell phone reception is poor because our home is too far away from town. My husband has installed the Wilson 801245 SOHO Quick Kit into our house. It is a great cell phone signal booster in deed. It has improved our voice and our signal strength for the family’s cell phones.

The Wilson 801245 SOHO Quick Kit is designed for quick and easy setup with no drilling or cutting. Two Wilson antennas; 301113 Mini-mag and 301103 come together with the kit. You just fit the 12″ 301103 tuned dual band antenna on the inside window to gather signal from the outside through the window area. The 4″ 301113 broad band antenna is set on the table in a room or it can be mounted on the ceiling to broadcast the cell signal through out the house. Both antennas have 10′ of coax from the amplifier. Extra 5′ RG-58 coax are added in the kit so that you can attach at different length to adjust spacing for your antennas. It is best to place the SOHO amplifier near a wall plug. You can even instal the extra dual band 50/50 dB amplifier unit in your study room for a better cell phone reception.
