Crispy Cheese Sticks

This cheese stick recipe is an enjoyable snack for kids. Mothers can give them to keep them quiet and busy nibbling the cheese sticks. It is a healthy snack. Store them in air tight container and will last some time. Make them yourself now.

Ingredients:

200 gm flour
10 gm fresh yeast
2 tablespoon corn oil
4 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
80 gm Parmesan cheese

Method:

Mix flour and yeast. Knead for 10 minutes. Add salt and cheese and knead into a smooth dough. Rest till it doubles in size. Roll out to 3mm thick and cut into 5mm by 20mm. Place in the baking tray and rest till it doubles in size. Bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes. Cool and store the cheese sticks in airtight containers.
